Serves 4

DIRECTIONS

4 Brooklyn Bred Bistro Buns
1 pint of your favorite ice cream (or gelato or sorbet)
Powdered Sugar (to taste)

Divide ice cream and scoop between 4 Brooklyn Bred Bistro Buns, packing tightly.

Cover with bun top and dust with powdered sugar. Serve immediately.
