Delicious take on grilled cheese using Brooklyn Bred Pizza Crust

Brooklyn Bred Pizza Crust Grilled Cheese Italiano

DIRECTIONS

1 Brooklyn Bred Original, Traditional or Ancient Grain Pizza Crust
1 tablespoon olive oil
4 oz. fresh mozzarella, sliced thin
1 medium tomato, sliced thin
1 tablespoon grated parmesan or romano cheese
½ cup fresh arugula

Brush Brooklyn Bred Crust Pizza with olive oil. Place sliced mozzarella evenly along crust. Top with sliced tomatoes. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake directly on rack or pizza stone at 400 degrees for 10 minutes, or until toppings are melted and crust is crisp. Remove and sprinkle with fresh arugula leaves. Serve immediately.
