
Cheesy Roast Beef & Cheese Roll-Up

Ingredients
1 Brooklyn Bred Traditional or Sprouted Grains Lavash Roll-Up
2 oz Horseradish Mayonnaise
3 slices Pepper Jack Cheese
2 large Romaine Lettuce leaves, washed and dried
3 oz Roast Beef, sliced
½ oz Red Onion, sliced thin -
Directions
1. Lay lavash on a flat surface, bubble side with perforation vertically oriented.
2. Spread horseradish mayonnaise over entire surface of lavash.
3. Layer pepper jack cheese, lettuce leaves, and roast beef. Top with red onion. Leave about 2” space at top of lavash.
4. Tightly roll away from you towards top of lavash.
5. Let lavash sit on seam while cutting down the middle along the perforation, so as not to unravel.
6. Plate and serve with a side of fries or chips.
