Ingredients
1 Brooklyn Bred Bistro Bun
2 slices Pepper Jack Cheese
2 oz Guacamole
2 strips Bacon
1 Fried Egg, soft -
Directions
1. Separate Bistro Bun and place in toaster or toaster oven cut side up, toast until golden brown.
2. While bun is toasting fry egg in a pan.
3. Remove bun halves from toaster and layer pepper jack cheese, guacamole and bacon on bottom half of bun.
4. Top with the fried egg.
5. Place second half of bun on top. Serve with fresh fruit.
