Smoked Salmon & Cream Cheese Pinwheels

  • Ingredients

    1 perforated Brooklyn Bred Traditional or Sprouted Grains Lavash Roll-Up
    1 oz Cream Cheese, whipped
    1 tsp Capers
    3.5 oz Smoked Salmon, sliced

  • Directions

    1. Lay out lavash bubble side down.
    2. Spread cream cheese evenly over entire surface of lavash.
    3. Sprinkle capers over cream cheese.
    4. Place smoked salmon to cover entire surface of lavash.
    5. Tightly roll away from you towards top of lavash.
    6. Rest roll-up on seam while cutting 3 even pinwheels.
