Strawberries & Cream Delight

PREP TIME: 5 minutes with pre-made fresh whipped cream
BAKE TIME: 3-4 minutes
TOTAL TIME: 8-9 minutes

Ingredients
2 Brooklyn Bred Bistro Buns
4 Strawberries, sliced thin
1 oz Fresh Whipped Cream
Fresh Mint (optional)
Directions
1. Separate Bistro Buns and place on a sheet pan cut side up. Toast in a 350°F oven for 3 to 4 minutes or until toasted to a golden brown.
2. Remove from oven and set aside to cool.
3. When cool, place sliced strawberries on bottom half of each bun.
4. Top with fresh whipped cream and carefully place second half of bun on top of whipped cream.
5. Garnish plate with mint leaves. Serve.
