Ingredients
1 Brooklyn Bred 12-inch Neapolitan Thin Pizza Crust
2 slices thick bacon, diced
½ cup thinly sliced red onion
½ pound ground beef
½ teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 cup Cheddar-Monterey Jack cheese, divided
⅓ cup pizza sauce
¼ cup sliced scallions, divided
½ cup sour cream

Directions
1. In 10-inch skillet over medium heat, cook diced bacon until browned and crisp, stirring occasionally with slotted spoon, remove to plate.
2. Cook red onion in drippings remaining in skillet over medium heat, stirring occasionally until tender-crisp. Remove to plate.
3. In drippings remaining in skillet, cook ground beef with salt until beef is well browned on all sides, stirring occasionally. Remove to plate.
4. Preheat oven to 425°F. Place Brooklyn Bred crust on baking sheet. Brush with olive oil. Top with half of cheese, ground beef, onion, pizza sauce, half of scallions, remaining cheese and bacon. Bake pizza 5 minutes.
5. While pizza is cooking, combine sour cream and remaining 2 tablespoons scallions. Remove pizza from oven. Top with dollops of sour cream.
