1. Core green peppers: cut peppers into 12 small squares, each the same size of a pepperoni round. Cut two strips from pepper for clock hands, one 3-inches long and one 2 ½-inches long. Cut each green pepper square into numbers, 1 through 12, for clock time. (see video)
2. Place Brooklyn Bred crust vertically on work surface. Spread pizza sauce over crust to within ¼-inch of edge. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over sauce.
3. Place pepperoni around outside of crust. Top each pepperoni with a number, (resembling a clock face), 1 through 12. Place clock hands in center of pizza to desired time.
4. Bake pizza 5 minutes or until cheese is melted and crust is crisp
