1 Brooklyn Bred Neapolitan Thin Pizza Crust
½ cup sundried tomato pesto
5 thin slices mozzarella cheese
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon finely chopped parsley, optional
1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Place Brooklyn Bred crust on baking sheet. Spread crust with sundried tomato pesto to within ¼-inch from edge.
2. Place mozzarella slices on work surface. With snowflake cookie cutter, cut each cheese slice into a snowflake; arrange on pizza.
3. Bake 5 minutes, just until cheese is melted and crust is crisp.
4. To serve, sprinkle pizza with grated Parmesan. Sprinkle with chopped parsley if desired.
