PREHEAT OVEN to 400°F, with pizza stone if desired.
CHOOSE your favorite toppings, place on crust and prepare to enjoy your creation.
CHEWY CRUST: Bake on a sheet pan for 4-5 minutes.
CRISPY CRUST: Bake directly on oven rack or pizza stone for 4-5 minutes.

This product was gifted and I love how practical is to make pizza with this crust
I used the Neapolitan thin pizza crust to make a pesto bruschetta pizza, and it was so good! The flavor is delicious, and it crisped up nicely. I definitely recommend pre-baking for a few min before adding toppings to really get a nice crunchy crust. The portions are generous and it came with 4 in the pack, so there was plenty for the whole family. I picked this up from Wegmans to make a BLT pizza. I was pretty impressed with the number of sheets in each package. It allowed my family to make their own pizza which naturally I loved bc it alleviates arguing 🤣 but the bread was really good as a pizza crust. It crisps up pretty well and doesn't get soggy! I wish there was a flavored option, similar to the garlic Naan, which is why I took off one star.
We recently tried Brooklyn Bred Pizza Crust, and it made pizza night so much easier and tastier! The crust is perfectly crispy on the outside and soft on the inside—just how we love it. I topped ours with pizza sauce, mozzarella, chicken sausage, and bell peppers for a quick and delicious meal.
