What is ‘00' Pizza Flour?

In Italy, the symbol ’00’ denotes the most refined, powder-soft specialty flour. It’s the preferred flour of artisan pizzaiolos, who compete to create a light crust that is crisp on the outside but tender to the bite.

Crisping Instructions

PREHEAT OVEN to 400°F, with pizza stone if desired.

CHOOSE your favorite toppings, place on crust and prepare to enjoy your creation. 

CHEWY CRUST: Bake on a sheet pan for 4-5 minutes.

CRISPY CRUST: Bake directly on oven rack or pizza stone for 4-5 minutes. 

NOTE: Amount of toppings may affect bake time.

TIP: For best flavor drizzle with olive or truffle oil after baking.

Storage for Best Results

Use fresh by expiration date. Freeze any time prior to expiration for long term use.

Perfect, easy, yummy dinner recipe for the family!

Although this was gifted to me, oh my goodness was I impressed. As a mom I’m always looking for easy but delicious recipes for my kids and they loved their dinner so much (especially my picky one!) Perfect for easy and quick pizzas

Gifted: I made a super easy Nutella pizza with Brooklyn Bred's Neapolitan Thin Pizza Crust! I air-fried it at 320°F for 4 minutes and topped it with Nutella, bananas, and pastel M&Ms. My daughter loved it! So quick, easy, and convenient!

Love the crispy crunch of this crust!

I was gifted this product for my honest review. Really loved the crispness of the crust and how easy it was to pull out and make a meal for my family after working all day. It also didn’t upset my stomach like most pizza crusts do. It had great flavor and we enjoyed as pizzas and then breadsticks the next night!
