1. Separate Bistro Bun, top each side with a slice of cheddar cheese and place on a sheet pan cut side up. Toast in a 350°F oven for 3 to 4 minutes or until cheese is melted. 2. Scramble eggs in a pan and place on bottom half of toasted Bistro Bun. 3. Add bacon strips and place second half of bun on top. Serve.
