4 Brooklyn Bred Bistro Buns
1 pint of your Favorite Ice Cream, Gelato or Sorbet
Powdered Sugar, to taste

Whole Strawberries, as desired

1. Separate Bistro Buns and place in toaster or toaster oven cut side up. Toast until golden brown. Let cool completely.

2. Divide ice cream and scoop on to each bottom Bistro Bun, packing tightly.
3. Cover with bun top and dust with powdered sugar.

4. Serve immediately with a side of strawberries.
