Bistro Lobster Sandwich

  • Ingredients

    1 Brooklyn Bred Bistro Bun
    1 - 4 oz Lobster Tail, cooked (or ¼ lb of cooked Lobster Meat)
    2 tbsp Mayonnaise
    1 tbsp Lemon Juice, freshly squeezed
    ½ Celery Stalk approximately 5 inches in length - rinsed, chopped, and diced into small pieces
    1 tbsp fresh Dill, chopped
    Salt & Pepper to taste
    1 leaf Boston Lettuce

  • Directions

    1. Chop lobster meat into bite-size pieces.
    2. In a small mixing bowl, combine lobster meat, mayonnaise, lemon juice, celery and dill, salt and pepper to taste. With a small spatula carefully fold to combine ingredients together.
    3. Lay lettuce leaf on bottom bun, top with lobster mixture and add top bun. Serve.
