Cheesy Artichoke spinach Pizza

  • Ingredients

    1 Brooklyn Bred 7-inch Neapolitan Thin Pizza Crust
    1 6-ounce jar marinated artichoke hearts, drained 

    ½ cup sour cream 

    ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese 

    1 cup chopped fresh spinach 

    ⅓ cup shredded mozzarella cheese 

  • Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 450°F, Set aside 6 artichoke pieces; roughly chop remaining artichoke hearts. In medium bowl combine chopped artichokes, sour cream and Parmesan cheese; stir in chopped spinach until well mixed. 

    2. Spread mixture on Brooklyn Bred crust to within ½-inch from edge.Top with reserved artichoke pieces. Sprinkle crust with mozzarella cheese. 

    3. Bake pizza 5 to 8 minutes until cheese is melted and crust is crisp.
