Ingredients
1 perforated Brooklyn Bred Traditional or Sprouted Grains Lavash Roll-Up
2 tbsp Pesto
2 slices Provolone cheese
4-6 slices (1.5 – 2 oz) Soppressata
2 slices (2 oz) Ham
2 cups Fresh Spinach -
Directions
1. Lay out lavash bubble side down.
2. Spread pesto evenly over entire surface of lavash.
3. Place cheese slices on top of pesto over entire surface of lavash followed by soppressata and ham.
4. Sprinkle spinach over the meat.
5. Tightly roll away from you towards the top of lavash.
6. Rest roll-up on seam while cutting 3 even pinwheels.
