Fresh Green Salad Pizza

  • Ingredients

    1 Brooklyn Bred Neapolitan Thin Pizza Crust - Rectangle, Racetrack or Sprouted Grain

    ½ cup Arugula

    ¼ cup Baby Crispy Green Leaf Lettuce

    ½ Avocado, pitted and diced

    ¼ cup Dried Cranberries

    ¼ cup Roasted Chickpeas

    2 tbsp Lemon Herb Vinaigrette Dressing

  • Directions

    1. Preheat oven to °400F.

    2. Heat crust in oven for 5-7 minutes to slightly crisp.

    3. Top with lettuce, avocado, cranberries and chickpeas. Pour lemon herb dressing evenly over top and serve.
