Grilled Cheese Italiano

  • Ingredients

    1 Brooklyn Bred Traditional, Original or Ancient Grains Pizza Crust
    4 oz fresh Mozzarella, sliced thin
    ¼ cup Red Bell Pepper, roasted and sliced
    1 tbsp Parmesan or Romano Cheese, grated

  • Directions

    1. Cut crust in half, cover piece with half the mozzarella cheese.
    2. Add a layer of roasted bell peppers, followed by the remaining Mozzarella cheese.
    3. Top with grated parmesan or Romano cheese. Place second piece of bread on top to complete the build.
    4. Place sandwich on a cookie sheet in the oven. Heat sandwich at 400°F for 3 to 4 minutes.
    5. Remove from oven. Serve.
