Lamb Pizza

SERVINGS: 2-4

PREP TIME: 10 minutes, using pre-cooked lamb

BAKE TIME: 5-8 minutes

TOTAL TIME: 15-18 minutes

  • Ingredients

    1 Brooklyn Bred Traditional, Original or Ancient Grains Pizza Crust 
    1-2 tbsp EVOO 
    ¾ cup Goat Cheese Log 
    2 tbsp Lemon Juice
    2 tbsp Fresh Parsley, chopped
    1 tbsp Fresh Rosemary, chopped
    1 tbsp Fresh Mint, chopped 
    1 ½ cups Lamb, cooked and sliced
    Additional Parsley for Garnish (optional)  

  • Directions

    1. Whip goat cheese, lemon juice, parsley, rosemary, and mint in a small mixing bowl with a whisk until smooth - about 30 seconds.
    2. Brush EVOO on entire surface of crust.
    3. Bake directly on oven rack or pizza stone at 400°F for 5 to 8 minutes, or until crust is crisp around the edges.
    4. Spread whipped herb goat cheese over crust. Top with hot sliced lamb.
    5. Garnish with additional parsley (optional). Serve.

    TIP:  For best flavor drizzle with EVOO after baking.
