Mediterranean Falafel Flatbread

Ingredients
1 Brooklyn Bred Neapolitan Thin Pizza Crust
2 tbsp EVOO, divided
1/2 cup Hummus
3 Falafel, cooked and crumbled
1/4 cup Kalamata Olives, pitted
1/4 cup Cherry Tomatoes, sliced
1/4 cup Thinly Sliced Red Onion
1/4 cup Tzatziki

Directions
1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
2. Drizzle 1 tablespoon EVOO evenly over crust. Bake for about 10 minutes or until crust is golden brown and slightly crispy.
3. Spread hummus evenly oven pizza crust. Top with crumbled falafel, olives, tomatoes, red onion and tzatziki.
4. Garnish with fresh chopped dill and drizzle with remaining 1 tablespoon EVOO.
5. Serve with additional tzatziki sauce if desired.
