Nonna's Kitchen Veggie Neapolitan Pizza

  • Ingredients

    1 Brooklyn Bred Neapolitan Thin Pizza Crust – Regular, Racetrack or Sprouted Grain
    4 oz Fresh Mozzarella Cheese, sliced thin
    2 medium Red Tomatoes, sliced thin
    3 Red Cherry Tomatoes, sliced thin
    3 Yellow Cherry Tomatoes, sliced thin
    ¼ cup Basil Leaves, whole
    Salt, to taste
    Black Pepper, to taste
    Garlic Powder, to taste
    1 tbsp EVOO (optional)

  • Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Place Brooklyn Bred crust on baking sheet. Brush pesto sauce on pizza crust. Top with roasted red
    peppers and cherry tomatoes. Bake 5 to 8 minutes or until crust is browned.

    2. Top pizza with shaved Parmesan cheese.

    *For crispier crust, bake directly on oven
    rack or pizza stone 5 to 8 minutes. Top as above.
