
Olive-You-Do Sprouted Grain Pizza

Ingredients
1 Brooklyn Bred Sprouted Grain Pizza Crust
1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
½ cup prepared pesto
1 cup giardiniera, drained and coarsely
chopped½ cup mixed pitted olives
½ cup shredded sharp white Cheddar cheese
3 ounces thinly sliced bresaola

Directions
1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Place Brooklyn Bred crust on baking sheet; brush with olive oil.
2. Spread pesto over crust. Top with
giardiniera, olives and Cheddar cheese. Bake 5 to 8 minutes.* Remove from oven.
Top with sliced bresaola.*For crispier crust, bake directly on oven
rack or pizza stone 5 to 8 minutes. Top as above.
