Pizza Margarita

    1 Brooklyn Bred 12-inch Neapolitan Thin Pizza Crust
    1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil

    4 ounces fresh mozzarella cheese, thinly
    sliced

    4 Campari or Roma tomatoes, sliced

    Fresh basil Leaves

  • Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Place Brooklyn Bred crust on baking sheet; brush with olive oil. Arrange sliced mozzarella and
    sliced tomatoes on crust. Bake 5 to 8 minutes, or until cheese is melted and
    crust is crisp.*

    2. Remove from oven; top with basil leaves.

    *For crispier crust, bake directly on oven
    rack or pizza stone 5 to 8 minutes. Top as above.
