
Salami, Cheese & Sundried Tomato Pinwheels

Ingredients
1 Brooklyn Bred Traditional or Sprouted Grains Lavash Roll-Up
2 oz Pesto
3 slices Pepper Jack Cheese
3 oz Salami, sliced thin
3 oz Sundried Tomatoes -
Directions
1. Lay lavash on a flat surface, bubble side down with perforation vertically oriented.
2. Spread pesto evenly over entire surface of lavash.
3. Layer pepper jack cheese and Salami. Top with sundried tomatoes. Leave about 2” of space at top of lavash.
4. Tightly roll away from you towards top of lavash.
5. Let lavash sit on seam while cutting into 3 even parts on either side of the perforation, so as not to unravel.
6. Cut a total of 6 pinwheels per lavash.
7. Arrange on a plate or platter and serve.
