Seared Tuna Wrap

Ingredients
1 Brooklyn Bred Traditional or Sprouted Grains Lavash Roll-Up
2 tbsp Wasabi Mayonnaise
5 oz Ahi Tuna, seared
1 cup Microgreens
1 cup Roasted Red Peppers, sliced -
Directions
1. Lay lavash on a flat surface, bubble side down with perforation vertically oriented.
2. Spread wasabi mayonnaise over entire surface of lavash.
3. Layer tuna horizontally in the center of lavash.
4. Top with the microgreens and roasted red peppers.
5. Leave about 2” of space at the top of lavash. Roll away from you towards top of lavash.
6. Let lavash sit on seam while cutting down the middle along the perforation, so as not to unravel. Plate and serve.
