Ingredients
1 Brooklyn Bred Bistro Bun 1 tbsp Mayonnaise 2 leaves Boston Lettuce 2 slices medium Red Tomato 3 Shrimp, cooked and sliced in half lengthwise 2 slices Bacon, cooked
Directions
1. Separate Bistro Bun and place on a sheet pan cut side up. Toast in a 350°F oven for 3 to 4 minutes or until toasted to a golden brown. Remove and set aside to cool. 2. Evenly spread mayonnaise on cut-side of each bun. 3. On bottom half of bun, place one piece of lettuce followed by slices of tomato, bacon, shrimp and second piece of lettuce. 4. Place top half of bun on sandwich. Serve.
