
Sweet and Savory Pear-Gorgonzola Pizza

Ingredients
1 Brooklyn Bred 12-inch Neapolitan Pizza Crust
1 ripe green pear
1 ripe red pear
1 tablespoon orange juice
1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
½ cup shredded Fontina or Gouda cheese
¼ cup candied walnuts
¼ cup Gorgonzola or blue cheese, crumbled
½ cup arugula
2 tablespoons honey

Directions
1. Cut each pear in half; core pears. Cut each pear half lengthwise into ¼-inch-thick slices.In medium bowl toss slices with orange juice.
2. Preheat oven to 425°F. Place Brooklyn Bred crust on baking pan. Brush crust with olive oil. Sprinkle crust with shredded cheese. Arrange sliced pears in concentric circles on crust. Top with candied walnuts and Gorgonzola cheese.
3. Bake pizza about 5 minutes until cheese is melted and crust is crisp.
4. To serve, top pizza with arugula. Drizzle with honey.
