1 Brooklyn Bred Neapolitan Thin Pizza Crust
1 whole fresh mozzarella cheese, pulled into 5 pieces
1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
2 ounces sliced prosciutto
1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon red peppercorns
1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Place Brooklyn Bred crust on baking sheet. Top with fresh mozzarella pieces. Drizzle with olive oil. Bake 5 to 10 minutes.*
2. Remove from oven. Top with sliced prosciutto. Drizzle with honey. Sprinkle with red peppercorns.
*For crispier crust, bake directly on oven rack or pizza stone 5 to 10 minutes. Top as above.
