Brooklyn Bred Sprouted Grains Lavash Roll-Ups were created for the sandwich-lover looking for a great-tasting, thin, all natural flatbread that keeps you fuller longer. Our old-world recipes are fortified with essential fibers, proteins and nutrients while our perforated portions make it easy to manage carbs. Each package contains 4 full sheets that are perforated into 8 individual portions. Brooklyn Bred Lavash Roll-Ups have unique strength, flexibility and flavor to perfectly pair with any sandwich you can imagine! We use a proprietary mixing process and natural fibers so the Lavash Roll-Up bends, folds and rolls without tearing or breaking. 

Why eat sprouted grains?

The sprouting of grains creates a better source of nutrients and antioxidants. Breads made with Sprouted Grains are lower in glycemic index and are easier to digest, keeping you fuller for longer.

Crisping Instructions

LAY LAVASH on a flat surface, bubble side down with perforation vertically oriented.

CHOOSE your favorite fillings and sprinkle them over top half of lavash, fold top half of lavash over bottom half and cut in half along perforation.

IN A LARGE SKILLET add 1 tbsp EVOO and heat pan over medium heat until hot.

COOK each side of lavash 2 – 3 minutes, until golden brown and cheese (if used) is melted, remove from pan, plate and serve.

Storage for Best Results

Use fresh by expiration date. Freeze any time prior to expiration for long term use.
