Ingredients
4 Brooklyn Bred Bistro Buns
10 oz Sushi Grade Fresh Tuna, medium diced
1 oz Soy Sauce
2 tsp Pure Toasted Sesame Oil
1 tbsp Fresh Ginger, grated
½ oz Chives, chopped
Horseradish Cream (as desired) -
Directions
1. In small mixing bowl combine tuna, soy sauce, ginger and toasted sesame oil.
2. Mix thoroughly and let marinate in the refrigerator for up to 1 hour.
3. Remove from refrigerator and gently fold in chives.
4. Shape into four 2 ½ oz portions and set aside.
5. Separate Bistro Buns and place on a sheet pan cut side up. Toast in a 350°F oven for 3 to 4 minutes or until toasted to a golden brown. Remove and set aside to cool.
6. When cool, spread horseradish cream on both cut sides of buns.
7. Place shaped portions of tuna on the bottom of each bun and top with remaining half of bun.
8. Plate and serve.
