1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Place Brooklyn Bred pizza crust on large baking sheet. In medium bowl combine barbecue sauce and hoisin sauce to mix well. Spread mixture over crust to cover.
2. Top crust with shredded Gouda cheese, diced chicken, red onion and roasted red pepper. Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.* Sprinkle with pistachio nuts. Cut into wedges to serve.
*For crispier crust, bake directly on oven rack or pizza stone 8 minutes. Top as above.
