Fig, Fontina & Arugula Pizza

SERVINGS: 2-4 PREP TIME: 5 minutes with pre-cooked pancetta
BAKE TIME: 9-12 minutes
TOTAL TIME: 14-17 minutes

  • Ingredients

    1 Brooklyn Bred Traditional, Original or Ancient Grains Pizza Crust
    ½ cup Pancetta, cooked and cut into small diced pieces
    ¾ cup Fresh Figs, sliced
    ½ cup Fontina Cheese, shredded
    ½ cup Arugula, fresh
    ¼ cup Hoisin Sauce
    2 tbsp Water

  • Directions

    1. Spread pancetta and sliced figs evenly over entire surface of pizza crust.
    2. Top with fontina cheese.
    3. For crispy crust, bake directly on oven rack or pizza stone at 400°F for 9-12 minutes, or until toppings are melted and crust is crisp. For chewy crust, bake on a sheet pan.
    4. In a small cup add hoisin sauce and water, mix until combined. Drizzle over pizza toppings.
    5. Top with arugula. Cut and serve.
