SERVINGS: 2 PREP TIME: 5 minutes using pre-blanched kale BAKE TIME: 5-8 minutes TOTAL TIME: 10-13 minutes
Ingredients
1 Brooklyn Bred Neapolitan Thin Pizza Crust – Rectangle, Racetrack or Sprouted Grain ½ cup Mozzarella Cheese, shredded 1 cup Kale, blanched 1 tsp Red Pepper Flakes Salt, to taste Black Pepper, to taste 1 tbsp EVOO (optional)
Directions
1. Evenly place mozzarella cheese over surface of crust. 2. Top with kale. 3. For crispy crust, bake directly on oven rack or pizza stone at 400°F for 5-8 minutes, or until toppings are melted and crust is crisp. For chewy crust, bake on a sheet pan. 4. Remove from oven and sprinkle with red pepper flakes. 5. Let pizza rest for 2 minutes before cutting. Serve.
TIP: For best flavor drizzle with EVOO after baking.
