Oh Kale Yes! Pizza

PREP TIME: 5 minutes using pre-blanched kale
BAKE TIME: 5-8 minutes
TOTAL TIME: 10-13 minutes

  • Ingredients

    1 Brooklyn Bred Neapolitan Thin Pizza Crust – Rectangle, Racetrack or Sprouted Grain
    ½ cup Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
    1 cup Kale, blanched
    1 tsp Red Pepper Flakes
    Salt, to taste
    Black Pepper, to taste
    1 tbsp EVOO (optional)

  • Directions

    1. Evenly place mozzarella cheese over surface of crust.
    2. Top with kale.
    3. For crispy crust, bake directly on oven rack or pizza stone at 400°F for 5-8 minutes, or until toppings are melted and crust is crisp. For chewy crust, bake on a sheet pan.
    4. Remove from oven and sprinkle with red pepper flakes.
    5. Let pizza rest for 2 minutes before cutting. Serve.

    TIP: For best flavor drizzle with EVOO after baking.
