Smoked Salmon Appetizer Pizza

  • Ingredients

    1 Brooklyn Bred Neapolitan Thin Pizza Crust – Rectangle, Racetrack or Sprouted Grain
    1 tbsp EVOO
    ¾ cup Crème Fraiche
    1 tbsp Lemon Zest
    1 tbsp Lemon Juice
    ½ tsp Siracha Sauce
    4 oz Smoked Salmon, sliced thin
    2 tbsp Capers
    2 tbsp Fresh Dill, chopped
    2 oz Red Onion, sliced thin

  • Directions

    1. In a small mixing bowl add Crème Fraiche, lemon zest, lemon juice and siracha sauce. Mix to combine thoroughly.
    2. Brush crust with EVOO.
    3. Bake directly on oven rack or pizza stone at 400°F for 3 to 5 minutes or until pizza crust is crisp around the edges.
    4. Carefully spread Crème Fraiche mixture over entire surface of the crust.
    5. Evenly distribute smoked salmon, fresh dill, red onion, and capers over Crème Fraiche mixture. Serve.
