8 ounces sweet or hot Italian sausage, casing removed
2 ounces pancetta or thick-cut bacon, diced
1 8.5-ounce jar Paesana Pizza Sauce, or pizza sauce of your liking
½ cup sliced pepperoni
1 cup shredded mozzarella
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 425°F. In 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat, cook sausage about 5 minutes until lightly browned, stirring occasionally. Push sausage to one side of pan. Add pancetta: cook 3 to 5 minutes or until pancetta is lightly browned, stirring occasionally. With slotted spoon, remove meat to plate.
2. Place Brooklyn Bred Pizza Crust on work surface. Spread jar of Paesana Pizza Sauce, or pizza sauce of your liking, over top of crust, to ½-inch from edge. Top with pepperoni and cooked meat. Sprinkle top with cheese.
3. Bake pizza 5 to 8 minutes or until cheese is melted and crust is lightly browned.
