Three Cheese & Tomato Pizza

TOTAL TIME: 14-17 minutes

  • Ingredients

    1 Brooklyn Bred Traditional, Original or Ancient Grains Pizza Crust
    2 oz Fresh Mozzarella Cheese, sliced thin
    1 oz Parmesan Cheese, shredded
    1 oz Pecorino Cheese, shredded
    1 medium Red Tomato, sliced thin
    1 medium Yellow Tomato, sliced thin
    ¼ cup Basil Leaves, fresh
    1 tbsp EVOO (optional)

  • Directions

    1. Evenly distribute mozzarella cheese slices over surface of crust.
    2. Top with the red and yellow tomatoes.
    3. Sprinkle shredded parmesan and Pecorino cheese over the top.
    4. For crispy crust, bake directly on oven rack or pizza stone at 400°F for 9-12 minutes, or until toppings are melted and crust is crisp. For chewy crust, bake on a sheet pan.
    5. Remove pizza from oven and sprinkle with fresh basil.
    6. Let pizza rest for 2 minutes before cutting. Serve.

    TIP: For best flavor drizzle with EVOO after baking.
