Tri-Color Tomato Margherita Pizza

  • Ingredients

    1 Brooklyn Bred Neapolitan Thin Pizza Crust – Rectangle, Racetrack or Sprouted Grain
    4 oz Fresh Mozzarella Cheese, sliced thin
    2 medium Red Tomatoes, sliced thin
    3 Red Cherry Tomatoes, sliced thin
    3 Yellow Cherry Tomatoes, sliced thin
    ¼ cup Basil Leaves, whole
    Salt, to taste
    Black Pepper, to taste
    Garlic Powder, to taste
    1 tbsp EVOO (optional)

  • Directions

    1. Place sliced mozzarella evenly on crust.
    2. Top with sliced tomatoes.
    3. For crispy crust, bake directly on oven rack or pizza stone at 400°F for 5-8 minutes, or until toppings are melted and crust is crisp. For chewy crust, bake on a sheet pan.
    4. Remove from oven and sprinkle with fresh basil leaves. Let pizza rest for 2 minutes before cutting. Serve.

    TIP: For best flavor drizzle with EVOO after baking.
