1 Brooklyn Bred Traditional, Original or Ancient Grains Pizza Crust 3 oz fresh Mozzarella, sliced thin 1 ½ Medium Red Tomatoes, sliced thin ¼ cup Arugula

Directions
1. Evenly distribute mozzarella cheese over surface of crust.
2. Add sliced tomatoes.
3. For crispy crust, bake directly on oven rack or pizza stone at 400°F for 9-12 minutes, or until toppings are melted and crust is crisp. For chewy crust, bake on a sheet pan. 4. Remove pizza from oven and sprinkle with fresh arugula. 5. Let pizza rest for 2 minutes before cutting. Serve
TIP: For best flavor drizzle with EVOO after baking.
