Cannoli Bistro Sticks

  • Ingredients

    1 Brooklyn Bred Sicilian Thick Pizza Crust
    1 cup Mascarpone Cheese
    ½ cup Powdered Sugar
    1 tsp Vanilla Extract
    1 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
    1 cup Nutella, divided
    ½ cup Mini Chocolate Chips

  • Directions

    1. In a small mixing bowl combine mascarpone cheese, powdered sugar and vanilla extract. Whisk until smooth, approximately 1 minute, set aside.
    2. In a separate mixing bowl, using a whisk, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks appear. Approximately 5 minutes.
    3. Carefully, using a rubber spatula, fold mascarpone mixture with the whipped cream until combined, set aside.
    4. In a 400°F oven, bake pizza crust in bakeable tray for 12 – 14 minutes. Remove from oven and tray. Let cool.
    5. Spread ½ cup of Nutella over crust. Place in freezer and let set for approximately 12 minutes. Remove.
    6. Spread or using a piping bag, pipe cream mixture on Nutella and sprinkle with mini chocolate chips. Cut into strips using a serrated knife. Drizzle remaining Nutella over each stick. Serve.
