Cheesesteak Pizza

  • Ingredients

    1 Brooklyn Bred Traditional Pizza Crust

    ⅓ cup pizza sauce

    2 ounces sliced pepperjack cheese

    1 cup thinly sliced mushrooms

    ¼ cup thinly sliced red onions

    2 ounces very thinly sliced beef flank steak (raw)

    ¼ cup sour cream

    1 tablespoon prepared horseradish

    1 teaspoon paprika

  • Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Place Brooklyn Bred Pizza crust on baking sheet. Spread pizza sauce over crust. Top with sliced pepperjack cheese, sliced mushrooms and red onion. Top with sliced beef. Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until beef is cooked and cheese is melted. *

    2. Meanwhile, in small bowl combine sour cream and horseradish to mix well. Remove crust from oven. Top pizza with spoonfuls of horseradish-cream mixture; sprinkle with paprika. Serve immediately.

    *For crispier crust, bake directly on oven
    oven rack or pizza stone. Top as above.
