1. In medium bowl combine cream cheese, Cheddar cheese, seafood seasoning and pepper to mix well. Stir in crab and scallions to blend.
2. Preheat oven to 425°F. Place Brooklyn Bred crust on baking sheet. Spread crab mixture over crust to cover. Bake 8 to10 minutes or until crust is crisp and topping is set.
3. Cut into 18 pieces, about 2”x 1½ inches. Garnish with sliced scallions or chives.
