Crunchy PB&J Banana Sandwich

  • Ingredients

    1 Brooklyn Bred Neapolitan Thin Pizza Crust - Rectangle, Racetrack or Sprouted Grains

    ¼ cup peanut butter (or non-allergen type butter like sun butter)

    ¼ cup strawberry jam

    1 banana, thinly sliced

    ¼ cup pretzels, crushed

  • Directions

    1. Cut 1 pizza crust into 4 even pieces.

    2. Spread peanut butter over 2 halves. Top each half with sliced banana and pretzels. Spread strawberry jam over remaining two pieces of bread.

    3. Assemble sandwiches and enjoy immediately.
