Florentine Pizza with Hot Honey

  • Ingredients

    1 Brooklyn Bred 7-inch Traditional Pizza Crust 
    2 tablespoons olive oil, divided 

    4 medium cremini mushrooms, sliced 

    2 cups fresh baby spinach 

    ½ cup ricotta cheese 

    ¼ cup feta cheese, cup into ¼-inch pieces 

    Hot Honey to drizzle, about ¼ cup 

  • Directions

    1. In 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat, in 1 tablespoon hot oil over medium-high heat, sauté mushrooms 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add spinach; cook 3 minutes longer, just until spinach is wilted, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat. 

    2. Preheat oven to 425°F. Brush Brooklyn pizza crust with remaining tablespoon oil. Top crust with dollops of ricotta cheese, spinach mixture and feta cheese. 

    3. Place pizza directly on rack on oven. Bake 5 minutes or until crust is crisp and cheese is slightly melted. 

    4. Place pizza on serving plate; drizzle with hot honey. Serve immediately.
