Fresh Arugula, Pesto & Walnut Pizza

Ingredients
1 Brooklyn Bred Traditional, Original or Ancient Grains Pizza Crust
2 tbsp Pesto
3 Red Grape Tomatoes, sliced in half
½ cup Walnut Halves
2 oz Parmesan Cheese, shaved
½ cup Arugula, fresh -
Directions
1. Brush pesto over entire surface of crust.
2. Add tomatoes, walnut halves and shaved parmesan cheese.
3. For crispy crust, bake directly on oven rack or pizza stone at 400°F for 9-12 minutes, or until toppings are melted and crust is crisp. For chewy crust, bake on a sheet pan.
4. Remove from oven and top with fresh arugula.
5. Let pizza rest for 2 minutes before cutting. Serve.
