Ingredients
1 Brooklyn Bred Neapolitan Thin Pizza Crust – Rectangle, Racetrack or Sprouted Grain ½ cup Brussels Sprouts, cooked and sliced 2 oz Parmesan Cheese, shaved ¼ cup Dried Cranberries ¼ cup Apple, diced ¼ cup Walnut Halves 1 oz Honey Salt, to taste Black Pepper, to taste
Directions
1. Evenly distribute Brussels sprouts on top of crust. 2. Add shaved parmesan cheese. 3. For crispy crust, bake directly on oven rack or pizza stone at 400°F for 5-8 minutes, or until toppings are melted and crust is crisp. For chewy crust, bake on a sheet pan. 4. Add cranberries, apples and walnuts. 5. Drizzle honey over entire surface of baked pizza. 6. Sprinkle with salt and black pepper to taste. Serve immediately.
