
Healthy Harvest Pizza

PREP TIME: 5 minutes using pre-cooked Brussels sprouts
BAKE TIME: 5-8 minutes
TOTAL TIME: 10-18 minutes

Ingredients
1 Brooklyn Bred Neapolitan Thin Pizza Crust – Rectangle, Racetrack or Sprouted Grain
½ cup Brussels Sprouts, cooked and sliced
2 oz Parmesan Cheese, shaved
¼ cup Dried Cranberries
¼ cup Apple, diced
¼ cup Walnut Halves
1 oz Honey
Salt, to taste
Black Pepper, to taste -
Directions
1. Evenly distribute Brussels sprouts on top of crust.
2. Add shaved parmesan cheese.
3. For crispy crust, bake directly on oven rack or pizza stone at 400°F for 5-8 minutes, or until toppings are melted and crust is crisp. For chewy crust, bake on a sheet pan.
4. Add cranberries, apples and walnuts.
5. Drizzle honey over entire surface of baked pizza.
6. Sprinkle with salt and black pepper to taste. Serve immediately.
