1 Brooklyn Bred Traditional, Original or Ancient Grains Pizza Crust
½ pound lobster meat (claws and tail)
1 tbsp mayo
Squeeze of fresh lemon
1 celery stalk, finely chopped
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
½ cup baby crispy green leaf lettuce
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 400°F or preheat grill.
2. Warm crust in oven for 5 minutes.
3. In a medium bowl, combine lobster meat, mayo, lemon juice, celery, salt and pepper. Toss to mix well. Add green leaf lettuce evenly over crust. Add lobster meat on top of pizza crust; serve immediately.
* If you would like to try a grilled pizza instead, fire up the grill and warm the crust in there instead of in the oven.
