1 Brooklyn Bred Traditional, Original or Ancient Grains Pizza Crust 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
½ cup Canned Peeled Tomatoes, drained ¾ cup Smoked Ham, sliced thin ¼ cup Pepperoncini, sliced ½ cup Feta, crumbled ¼ cup Kalamata Olives, pitted 1 pinch of Oregano – to taste 1 tbsp EVOO (optional)
Directions
1. Top crust with shredded mozzarella cheese, tomatoes, smoked ham, pepperoncini, feta and kalamata olives. 2. For crispy crust, bake directly on oven rack or pizza stone at 400°F for 9-12 minutes, or until toppings are melted and crust is crisp. For chewy crust, bake on a sheet pan. 3. Remove from oven. 4. Let pizza rest for 2 minutes before cutting. 5. Sprinkle with oregano if desired. Serve.
TIP: For best flavor drizzle with EVOO after baking.
