Mediterranean Pizza

  • Ingredients

    1 Brooklyn Bred Traditional, Original or Ancient Grains Pizza Crust
    1 cup Mozzarella Cheese, shredded

    ½ cup Canned Peeled Tomatoes, drained
    ¾ cup Smoked Ham, sliced thin
    ¼ cup Pepperoncini, sliced
    ½ cup Feta, crumbled
    ¼ cup Kalamata Olives, pitted
    1 pinch of Oregano – to taste
    1 tbsp EVOO (optional)

  • Directions

    1. Top crust with shredded mozzarella cheese, tomatoes, smoked ham, pepperoncini, feta and kalamata olives.
    2. For crispy crust, bake directly on oven rack or pizza stone at 400°F for 9-12 minutes, or until toppings are melted and crust is crisp. For chewy crust, bake on a sheet pan.
    3. Remove from oven.
    4. Let pizza rest for 2 minutes before cutting.
    5. Sprinkle with oregano if desired. Serve.

    TIP: For best flavor drizzle with EVOO after baking.
