Melt me Some Mozzarella Pizza

BAKE TIME: 9-12 minutes

TOTAL TIME: 14-17 minutes

  • Ingredients

    1 Brooklyn Bred Traditional, Original or Ancient Grains Pizza Crust
    3 oz Fresh Mozzarella, sliced thin
    1 medium Yellow Tomato, sliced thin
    1 medium Red Tomato, sliced thin
    ¼ cup Basil Leaves, fresh
    1 tbsp EVOO (optional)

  • Directions

    1. Evenly distribute mozzarella cheese over surface of crust.
    2. For crispy crust, bake directly on oven rack or pizza stone at 400°F for 9-12 minutes, or until toppings are melted and crust is crisp. For chewy crust, bake on a sheet pan.
    3. Remove pizza from oven and sprinkle with fresh basil.
    4. Let pizza rest for 2 minutes before cutting. Serve.

    TIP: For best flavor drizzle with EVOO after baking.
