1 Brooklyn Bred Traditional, Original or Ancient Grains Pizza Crust 2 oz Mozzarella Cheese, shredded 2 oz Blue Cheese, crumbled 2 oz Red Grapes, sliced in half 2 Fresh Figs, sliced thin ½ cup Walnut Halves ¼ cup Cilantro, chopped 1 tbsp EVOO (optional)
Directions
1. Evenly distribute mozzarella and blue cheese on crust. 2. Add walnut halves. 3. For crispy crust, bake directly on oven rack or pizza stone at 400°F for 9-12 minutes, or until toppings are melted and crust is crisp. For chewy crust, bake on a sheet pan. 4. Remove from oven and place grapes and sliced fig on crust, garnish with chopped Cilantro. 5. Let pizza rest for 2 minutes before cutting. Serve.
TIP: For best flavor drizzle with EVOO after baking.
