Nutty Fresh Fig & Grape Pizza

  • Ingredients

    1 Brooklyn Bred Traditional, Original or Ancient Grains Pizza Crust
    2 oz Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
    2 oz Blue Cheese, crumbled
    2 oz Red Grapes, sliced in half
    2 Fresh Figs, sliced thin
    ½ cup Walnut Halves
    ¼ cup Cilantro, chopped
    1 tbsp EVOO (optional)

  • Directions

    1. Evenly distribute mozzarella and blue cheese on crust.
    2. Add walnut halves.
    3. For crispy crust, bake directly on oven rack or pizza stone at 400°F for 9-12 minutes, or until toppings are melted and crust is crisp. For chewy crust, bake on a sheet pan.
    4. Remove from oven and place grapes and sliced fig on crust, garnish with chopped Cilantro.
    5. Let pizza rest for 2 minutes before cutting. Serve.

    TIP: For best flavor drizzle with EVOO after baking.
