Oyster Pizza

Ingredients
1 Brooklyn Bred Traditional, Original or Ancient Grains Pizza Crust
4 oz Cream Cheese, room temperature
1 tbsp Lemon Juice
2 tbsp Pesto
8 Whole Oysters, shucked if fresh, drained if canned
¼ cup Parmesan Cheese, shredded
1 tbsp EVOO (optional) -
Directions
1. In a small mixing bowl combine cream cheese and lemon juice, mix until thoroughly combined.
2. Spread cream cheese mixture over entire surface of crust.
3. Spread pesto evenly over cream cheese mixture.
4. Place whole oysters evenly over surface of crust.
5. Top with shredded parmesan cheese.
6. Bake directly on oven rack or pizza stone at 400°F for 9 to 12 minutes, or until cheese is melted and crust is crisp.
7. Let pizza rest for 2 minutes before cutting. Serve.
TIP: For best flavor drizzle with EVOO after baking.
