Peking Duck Pizza

PREP TIME: 5 minutes using pre-cooked and sliced duck
BAKE TIME: 9-12 minutes

Ingredients
1 Brooklyn Bred Traditional, Original or Ancient Grains Pizza Crust
¼ cup Hoisin Sauce
¾ cup Duck Breast, roasted and sliced thin
½ cup Yellow Bell Peppers, sliced
½ cup Red Bell Peppers, sliced
¼ cup Shitake Mushrooms, sliced
¾ cup Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
¼ cup Scallions, sliced on the bias -
Directions
1. Brush crust with hoisin sauce.
2. Evenly distribute slices of duck, mushroom, red pepper, yellow pepper and mozzarella cheese.
3. For crispy crust, bake directly on oven rack or pizza stone at 400°F for 9-12 minutes, or until toppings are melted and crust is crisp. For chewy crust, bake on a sheet pan.
4. Remove from oven and top with fresh scallions. Serve.
